The CIDIT is a body consisting of academic and technical partners ANAGAVEC. Its main purpose is to promote the scientific research, technological development and investment in the sector Tzawar (Agave andean or penco blue).
The CIDIT plays a crucial role in the technical support and scientific of the Protected Designation of Origin MISKE (DOPM), contributing to knowledge and innovation across the value chain of the Tzawar.
