OCAM

The OCAM is an autonomous body created by ANAGAVEC and authorized by the SENADI to regulate the DOPM. Its main functions include manage, authorize the use, promote, monitor and ensure compliance with the regulation of the DOPM, as well as to identify and record-related activities, process requests, use, and issue reports to the Board of Directors. In essence, the OCAM is the central entity responsible for managing all aspects related to the Protected Designation of Origin MISKE (DOPM).
